Edouard Grosmangin has been appointed general manager for Six Senses Zil Pasyon, located on the private island of Félicité in the Seychelles and scheduled to open in 2015. He joins the resort, following a two-year stint as general manager of Six Senses Con Dao in Vietnam. In his new role, Edouard will lead his team through the critical pre-opening period, creating a very personal destination that embraces nature whilst offering every creature comfort. A sanctuary within the natural environment, the dramatically beautiful island features prolific indigenous and abundant flora and fauna – the ideal site for a Six Senses project, which is the sole resort on the island. Prior to joining Six Senses, Edouard’s multi-faceted career in the hospitality sector focused principally on Europe and the Middle East. He was resort manager at Maia Luxury Resort & Spa, inSeychelles, which was preceded by his role as executive assistant manager at The Palace The Old Town in Dubai and The Ritz-Carlton in Bahrain. In the lead up years to his Middle East stint, Edouard’s career covered Hotel de Paris and Hotel Metropole in Monte Carlo, Hotel Plaza Athenee and Hotel de Crillon in Paris.

Edouard Grosmangin is an alumnus of Institut Vatel - International Hotel Management School – Class of 1996.
