Wilbur Bodden has joined Wyndham Garden Amarillo as General Manager

Bodden will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Wyndham Garden Amarillo (formerly The Ambassador Hotel). This 260-guestroom and suite property is located conveniently close to downtown Amarillo and is only a short 15-minute commute from Amarillo International Airport. HMC is one of the country’s largest third-party privately held hotel management companies, ranked in the top 40 of all third party and owner operated hotel management corporations. Bodden brings a longstanding reputation of management excellence at numerous properties throughout his career including the Miramar Resort in South Padre, TX, Keystone Lodge & Spa, Keystone, Colorado and General Manager duties at the Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces, Las Cruces, NM. His skill for managing operations, overseeing personnel, revenue driving strategies and guest satisfaction are all a welcome addition to the HMC team.

Wilbur Bodden is an alumnus of University of Houston – Class of 1999.
