Pace joins Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa following a three year position as director of sales & marketing at Colorado's Cheyenne Mountain Resort, where she was recognized last year as "Director of Sales & Marketing of the Year" for Benchmark Hotels & Resorts. Previously, Pace worked her way from sales manager to director of sales at Garden of the Gods Club, a Destination Hotels & Resorts property in Colorado Springs, Colo. From there she joined Cheyenne Mountain Resort as director of account management before being enticed back by Destination Hotels & Resorts to lead group sales at Vail Cascade Resort & Spa in Vail, Colo. Born in New Jersey and raised in Dryden, N.Y., Pace earned a degree in Hotel Management from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y.
