Doug was most recently the regional director of sales and marketing for Heritage Hotels & Resorts overseeing five of Heritage's properties in northern New Mexico. Prior to that, Doug was director of sales and marketing for the Eldorado Hotel & Spa for four years. Doug launched his career with Marriott International, and has held similar positions across the country with Hilton Hotels, Westin, Starwood and Interstate Hotels. Doug received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He is a member of the Travel Association of New Mexico, Santa Fe Lodging Association and is currently an active member of the marketing committee for the Santa Fe Convention & Visitors Bureau. Doug resides in Rio Rancho with his wife and son. They are the parents of four children.
