Alex was promoted through PPHE Hotel Group’s newly launched Talent Management Programme, which aims to attract new talent and identify talent already within the business, managing progression with dedicated development programmes and training. Alex comments, “I have been supported through various developmental opportunities from the moment I joined PPHE Hotel Group. These were not only training seminars, but also various projects to help me enhance certain key skills and competencies. It is a very exciting time to become part of the management team and for anyone considering joining the hotel team.” Caetano started his hospitality career in Johannesburg, South Africa and in 2002 he moved to London to grow in the industry predominantly within the rooming specialism. Caetano will be responsible for Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Meetings and Events Operations and Food and Beverage at Park Plaza Victoria London, which boasts 299 bedrooms including 12 apartments and 15 meeting rooms as well as a lounge bar and stand-alone, Italian restaurant concept TOZI.
