Eylem’s energetic approach and ‘strive for more’ was demonstrated early in her career, at the time when she took a job of a Marketing Coordinator in Grand Hyatt during her hospitality management training years. After attaining the Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management, Eylem started her professional career as a Corporate Sales Manager at Ceylan InterContinental. This position was followed by our first Marriott hotel in Istanbul - the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Asia - where she accepted the position of Senior Sales Manager. Eylem’s latest position was the Associate Director of Sales at a Four Season Hotel in Istanbul where she was responsible for the sales force. It was shortly afterwards that her competencies were enlarged by being in charge of F&B promotions and Marketing activities. It is worth mentioning that after the opening, the property became #1 in the market within only 6 months, which Eylem is very much excited to repeat at the JW Marriott Bodrum!
