Neil McInnes has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton Tokyo Bay

Neil McInnes
McInnes has nearly 20 years of experience with Hilton Worldwide. He has worked as regional director of revenue management for Japan, Korea and Micronesia and developed an understanding of the hotel market in the region, including contributions to revenue expansion in Japan. Prior to that, McInnes has served as cluster director of usiness development for Hilton Tokyo and Conrad Tokyo, while fulfilling the role of executive assistant manager for Conrad Tokyo. Before moving to Japan in 2010, McInnes also held executive positions at Hilton Sydney as director of business development, revenue manager and front office manager and at Hilton Glasgow as front office manager, where he also achieved head of department at the age of 22 years old.
