Stanley Chang has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Six Senses Samui

Stanley started his hospitality career at the legendary Mirage in Las Vegas as assistant restaurant manager in 2006 shortly after his graduation from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In late 2007 he headed east and closer to home, where he was drawn by the crystal clear waters and pristine isles of the Maldives. Stanley remained in the Maldives for four years working at two of the destination's most renowned luxury resorts including One & Only Reethi Rah and Taj Exotica Resort and Spa. In January 2010, he returned home to South Korea and took up the role of head sommelier & beverage manager at the Grand Hyatt Incheon. Two years later he returned to the Maldives and joined the Beach House Collection.

Stanley Chang is an alumnus of University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) – Class of 2004.
