Jean-Paul Dantil has been appointed as General Manager at Ritz Carlton Vienna

As of 1st April, Jean-Paul Dantil will be the new General Manager of the Ritz Carlton Vienna. Jean-Paul joins us from the famous boutique hotel Das Stue in Berlin. Not only did Jean-Paul open the hotel but also under his leadership won numerous awards, including Conde Nast Hot List, Travel and Leisure A List and was recently voted 6th most luxurious hotel in Germany by Tripadvisor. The hotel also houses Cinco by Paco Perez which was awarded a Michelin Star after 10 months of opening. Jean-Paul Graduated from the Centre International de Glion. He started his career with Hyatt International as a Corporate management trainee in Saipan which was followed by 4 years working for Como Hotels and Resorts at Parrot Cay and the Metropolitan in London. This was followed by several years in Dubai being partner of Chris Garrod Partnership and hospitality procurement company as well as Direct Hotel Supplies. His love for the industry brought him back and prior to Das Stue was the Managing Director of the Puro group based in Palma de Mallorca.

Jean-Paul Dantil is an alumnus of Glion Institute of Higher Education – Class of 1996.
