Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific has appointed Adam Geneave to the newly-created position of Vice President Customer Experience as part of its commitment to fostering a culture of service excellence. Reporting directly to President and Managing Director of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific and Wyndham Hotel Group South East Asia and Pacific Rim, Barry Robinson, Mr Geneave will be responsible for growing customer advocacy by strategically leading each of Wyndham’s Asia Pacific business arms to be thoroughly customer focused. Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is a division of Wyndham Vacation Ownership, part of Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN), one of the world’s largest hospitality companies. The Asia Pacific corporate office is located on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia and employs more than 4,000 staff throughout South East Asia and the Pacific Rim. One of Mr Geneave’s key responsibilities will be to design and implement a ‘Voice of the Customer’ program across a portfolio of more than 80 South East Asia and Pacific Rim hotels and resorts to gauge customer sentiment at various touch points throughout the business and provide meaningful reporting and analysis, focusing on strengths and opportunities for Wyndham. Mr Geneave will also be in charge of enhancing customer experience across Wyndham’s two Asia Pacific vacation clubs, WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham and CLUB WYNDHAM ASIA.
