Benjamin Zahn has been appointed as General Manager at Le Royal Meridien Shanghai

Recently appointed as general manger of Le Royal Meridien Shanghai, Zahn will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel’s operations, enhancing employee development and guest satisfaction, strategic planning and brand recognition. With a career spanning more than 17 years in the international hospitality industry, Zahn gained experience in several operational positions, sales, and food and beverage management assignments in Germany and Dubai before he first joined Starwood at The Westin Beijing Chaoyang as director of food and beverage. Zahn’s experience has also seen him involved in a variety of initiatives within the Starwood Asia Pacific Food & Beverage Council. Most recently, Zahn was the hotel manager of Le Royal Meridien Shanghai.
