Ashley Hawn has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at Costa d'Este Beach Resort and Spa

Benchmark Hospitality International has named Ashley Hawn director of food & beverage for Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa. Ed Riley, Benchmark’s general manager for the property, which is a Personal Luxury Resort located in Vero Beach, Florida, made the announcement. “It is with great pleasure that I welcome Ashley to our ocean-side resort and to Benchmark Hospitality,” said Mr. Riley. “She comes to us with significant leadership experience within food & beverage and a keen understanding of luxury resort operations. Ashley Hawn was most recently assistant director of food & beverage for Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa of Manalapan, Florida. Previous to this position she served as director of food & beverage for Bald Head Island Club, located on the southern-most island of North Carolina. Ms. Hawn has held a number of senior management positions throughout her hospitality career, including serving as general manager. She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Charleston, South Carolina. She is relocating to Vero Beach.
