Dian Iskandar has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Shangri-la Hotel Surabaya

Prior to joining Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya, Dian was with another five-star hotel brand in the city. Dian embarked on her career in sales and marketing with Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya back in 1995, staying with the company for more than 15 years before taking up another challenge at another company. She joined Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya again in August 2015. In the early years of her career, Dian was actively involved in food and beverage before she started her journey in sales and marketing as sales executive. She worked her way up to the position of assistant director of sales and marketing. Dian brings to Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya her extensive sales and marketing experience gained at various five-star hotels in East Java. She is looking forward to contributing to the hotel’s performance. Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya was recently honoured with the Best Service Award by the East Java provincial government.
