Chris Clark has joined The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka as General Manager

With more than 17 years experience at the hotel group, Clark started his career at The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, Atlanta and furthered his career with the brand throughout the Asia Pacific region at hotels in Kuala Lumpur, Bali, Sanya, Tokyo, and Seoul. Clark has had an active role in opening 13 Ritz-Carlton hotels, most recently The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu in 2012. This post is Clark’s second in Japan, after he was appointed hotel manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo in 2009. As The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka’s general manager, Clark aims to push the hotel’s level of service with the goal of becoming one of the best luxury hotels in the Kansai region. Born in the U.S.A., Clark graduated from West Connecticut State University in 1992 and began his career as an hotelier in 1994. His hobbies include jogging, travelling, and scuba diving.
