A Puerto Rico hotel is capitalizing on the hospitality management experience of a seasoned professional to improve guest satisfaction and support the professional development of younger members of the staff. Veteran hotelier Jaime Pico, the newly appointed operations manager of the family-run Comfort Inn and Suites in Levittown, has joined the hotel after spending several years serving in senior roles with both the Hampton Inn and the storied Palmas Del Mar hotel in Puerto Rico. Pico joins operations engineer Carlos Bauzo on the management team where the two share a common goal to elevate the ratings of the already popular hotel. Pico pledged to lead by example to inspire the staff and to make regular communication with employees a priority.
