Khun Vacharavich started his career path with Starwood, accumulating extensive experience in the fields of Human Resources and Learning & Development at several properties. His first appointment was in the team that opened the Le Mridien Chiang Rai. That was followed by spells with the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, A Lux ury Collection Hotel and most recently The Westin Grande Sukhumvit.
