Radisson Blu Hotel Sydney has recently appointed Terry Oomens to the role of Director of Sales to lead them into their new $12M re-design. With a diverse background in hospitality sales and marketing, and extensive experience both overseas and in Australia, Terry will be responsible for the ongoing development of Radisson Blu’s sales strategies both in the domestic and international markets. Terry has over 20 years of experience that includes sales roles with multinational flagship hotel groups including Hilton Worldwide, Toga Group and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. Terry brings with him a wealth of knowledge in managing large national sales teams, achieving revenue budgets in the M.I.C.E. and events service sector as well as experience in both corporate and leisure markets. Immediately prior to joining Radisson Blu, Oomens held the role of Director of Venues at Staging Connections where he was responsible for managing and developing the venue relationships across the Staging Connections network. During his career, Terry also has specialised in team building and development and has a passion for developing individuals and teams focused on mutual success. He is joined in the sales team at Radisson Blu by a highly experienced group of individuals.
