CBRE has appointed Ben Martin-Henry as Research Manager, Hotels in a move to further support clients with detailed research and analysis of the hotel, pub and motel sectors. Mr Martin-Henry joins CBRE after eight years with MSCI Inc, a leading provider of investment decision support tools worldwide. He held a variety of roles with MSCI in both the UK and Australia and was most recently a Senior Associate of the firm with responsibility for its flagship index product – the IPD Australia Commercial Property Index.
