Rick Crain has been appointed as General Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown

Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown, which is slated to open in mid-March, announces the appointment of Rick Crain as General Manager and Brooke Danielsen as Director of Sales of the 176-room hotel property in downtown Dallas. NewcrestImage, a hotel development, construction and management firm based in Lewisville, Texas, owns the hotel. Crain, who has an 11-year career with Hilton Hotels, has worked in virtually every facet of the hospitality business since he was 17 years old. Throughout his career, Crain has gone from working as a bellman, valet and front desk clerk, to opening a number of Hilton hotels in the Texas market, including Hampton Inn & Suites, Comfort Suites, Homewood Suites, Holiday Inn Express and La Quinta properties. In his new role as General Manager for Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown, he will oversee guest satisfaction, profitability and overall success in day-to-day operations. Crain received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University in 2006. He is a Grapevine, Texas, native and resided in Austin for 11 years before relocating to Dallas in June 2015 to join the Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown team.
