Plaza Athne Bangkok, A Royal Mridien Hotel is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Ekapoj Yamlami, Khun Dio, as its new Food & Beverage Manager, effective January 19, 2016. Khun Dio has over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, which includes management positions at The Imperial Queens Park Hotel, Bangkok and Oriental Residence Bangkok. He achieved his Bachelors degree in Hotel Management at the prestigious Institut Vatel in France. No stranger to Starwood hotels and resorts, Khun Dio spent two years as Assis tant Food & Beverage Manager at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit. More recently, he spent three months in the pre-opening taskforce at the Amari Havodda Maldives. Khun Dio brings to the hotel a potent combination of relevant formal education and experience and personal qualities of creativity, commitment and people management, commented Hotel Manager, Mr. Gilles Evrard.
