Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida has announced the appointment of Tiffany S. Davis as general manager of the iconic retreat along the Intracoastal Waterway with an expansive marina. Most recently, Davis served as general manager of Hilton Key Largo in the upper Florida Keys. In her new capacity, Davis will assume leadership of hotel operations for the hotel located beside the sun-kissed sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach, with 296 guest rooms and suites. Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is a short walk or water taxi ride away from the shops, restaurants and the nightlife of Las Olas Boulevard and the International Swimming Hall. Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach offers guests a contemporary haven. Rooms and suites are inviting, with a color scheme indicative of the days guests spend at the marina hotel – sunny and bright – with views of the courtyard, the marina or Atlantic Ocean. Prior to her post in Key Largo, Davis was director of operations at the 231-room GALLERYone, a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a position she held since 2014. Davis’ experience encompasses 18 years with Hilton Worldwide, inspiring many along the way. She began her hospitality career at Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort as a PBX operator in 1998. In her 11 years at the luxury resort, she held managerial positions in several departments including housekeeping, front office, pool and food and beverage operations. After Boca Raton Resort & Club Davis moved to Hilton Miami Airport as director of food and beverage where she remained for two years before joining the team at GALLERYone. An avid tennis fan, Davis enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is active in AHLA.
