Oetker Collection has announced, effective immediately, Philippe Perd, chief project development officer Oetker Collection and managing director Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, has been appointed president and general manager of Le Bristol Paris. The news comes as Didier le Calvez steps down from his role as chief operating officer with Oetker. At the same time he will leave his role as president and general manager of Le Bristol Paris. During his successful time in change of Le Bristol Paris, Calvez saw the property win the title of France’s Leading Hotel for the past five consecutive years at the World Travel Awards.
