Both bring with them extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a proven record of success. Omer Lang, Director of Operations: With a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Business Management from Birmingham University, Lang has 17 years of experience with Hilton Worldwide in a variety of commercial and operational roles in the U.K. and overseas. As Director of Business Development, Hilton Israel, he led a team of 70 sales, reservations, revenue, PR and marketing team members and was responsible for the pre-opening of Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem, voted Best Hotel in the Middle East in the Condé Nast Traveler’s Reader’s Choice Awards. Married with three children, Lang is a keen traveller, whose hobbies include basketball, free diving and kayaking
