Alexander started his hospitality career in 2005 working in independent restaurants in San Francisco, CA, USA. In 2007, he joined the Westin St Francis, San Francisco, CA, USA managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. He was promoted from his initial position of Front Desk Supervisor to Manager on duty within 2 years. From 2009 to 2010, Alex was the Welcome Desk Manager with the W San Francisco, during this period, he also acted as the Task Force Food & Beverage Outlet Manager where he managed the Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and In-room Dining Departments. From January 2011 to January 2012, Alex was transferred to Sheraton Noosa Resort & Spa, Noosa Heads, QLD, Australia as Front Office/Rooms Manager. In February 2012, he was promoted to be the Hotel Operations Manager, a position he held until December 2013. Alexander is joining us from Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa where he was the Director of Operations, a position he held since May 2014. Alexander graduated from University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree majoring in Business & Hospitality Industry Management.
