The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa is proud to announce the appointment of industry veterans Toby Scott-Long as director of operations, Bob Ducy as director of engineering and Tim Wright as director of security. With more than half a century of combined experience, Scott-Long, Ducy and Wright will continue to elevate the resort’s legacy in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Toby Scott-Long will be responsible for managing the resort’s daily operations while overseeing food and beverage, housekeeping, rooms, security and engineering departments. Prior to joining The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, Scott-Long served as the director of rooms at The Westin Calgary in Canada where he oversaw housekeeping, front desk, engineering, and security teams. Throughout his professional experiences, Scott-Long has been recognized for balancing financial budgets, guest experience and associate satisfaction. He was the recipient of The Westin Harbour Castle Toronto’s Leader of the Year award as well as Leader of the Quarter at Le Royal Meridien King Edward Hotel Toronto.

Toby Scott-Long is an alumnus of Ryerson University – Class of 2001.
