Experienced sales and business development professional, Marc Van Dam, will also be joining the team as a group account director for the resort based in Dallas, Texas and is responsible for the Midwest and Eastern Canada markets. Prior to joining The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, Van Dam served as the North American sales director for Savision Inc. as well as an independent consultant for PHM Hospitality Inc., where he completed various projects that led to an increase in overall sales productivity.
