Pedro Mendes has been named general manager of the Premier Inn Singapore Beach Road, which will become the UK-based hotel group’s first Singaporean property when it opens later this year. A Portuguese national, Mendes previously served as cluster GM for Premier Inn, handling six hotels in London.
