Jennifer Obregon has been appointed as Director of Human Resources at Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort

Outrigger Enterprises Group has announced the appointment of Jennifer Obregon as Director of Human Resources for the Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort. She commenced work May 23 and reports to Chris Ely, the Acting General Manager of the resort.Prior to joining Outrigger, Obregon was with Viceroy Resorts in Turkey and the Maldives. She spent three years as Director of Human Resources with Four Seasons, a year with Shangri-la and 18 months with the Taj Exotica Resort and Spa – all in the Maldives. Obregon has also been a hotel industry training manager and HR consultant in the Philippines, Vietnam, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in the Philippines,Obregon added a wide range of certifications in HR subjects such as interviewing, appraisals, budget training, performance review management, group training and service leadership.
