Oni Zhou has been appointed as Wine Sommelier at Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai

Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai has announced the appointment of Mr Oni Zhou as the new Wine Sommelier, whereby he will take the helm and lead the team. Mr Zhou is well versed in the study of wines. He is an acclaimed Sommelier with several certifications for both wine and spirits. He is a certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers and has attained WSET Level 3. Prior to joining Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai, he worked as chief sommelier at Mercato by Jean Georges at Three on the Bund. He brings relevant experiences within the hospitality industry predominantly focusing on wine to the hotel. He has also worked at Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing; Traders Hotel Upper East Beijing; and Radegast Hotel Beijing.
