Tania is one of Australia’s leading pastry chefs and has built up a cult following for those that admire her edible works of art that are renowned for both their whimsy and technical expertise. She’s best known for producing elegant, innovative desserts that push the boundaries of baking. She attended the L’Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Patisserie and learnt from culinary masters Alain Ducasse and Yves Thuries before working in numerous fine dining restaurants such as the double Michelin Star L’Espadon within the legendary Ritz Hotel in Paris and the revered Guy Savoy in Singapore. In Melbourne she has worked at award-winning establishments such as Jacques Reymond, Vue de Monde and Saké. Most recently, Tania has been the Executive Head Pastry Chef at The Adelphi Hotel’s Om Nom Dessert Bar at which she received a chef’s hat in a record-setting time of two months.
