DoubleTree Resort by Hilton, Myrtle Beach Oceanfront, formerly Springmaid Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has announced the appointment of several new members of their executive team, including Michael Frits, general manager; Travis Campbell, director of front office; Juli Pray, director of revenue, William Owen, director of food and beverage, and Chad Marshall, executive chef. The new members of the executive team assume their positions as the resort completes a multimillion-dollar renovation and repositioning and prepares to reopen as a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, in October 2016. As director of front office, Travis Campbell joins the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton, Myrtle Beach Oceanfront executive team with more than five years of experience in the hospitality industry. Campbell was most recently the assistant director of front office at the Hilton Atlanta, where he managed a team of 75 hospitality professionals at the 1,242-room hotel.
