Jeff Smith has been appointed as General Manager at Omni Frisco Hotel

Omni Hotels & Resorts appointed Jeff Smith as GM for the Omni Frisco Hotel. In this role, he will lead the opening of the hotel and oversee all departments including operations, sales and marketing, rooms, risk management and food and beverage. As a veteran of the hospitality industry, Smith has been with Omni Hotels & Resorts for nearly 15 years serving in various corporate and property leadership positions. He joins Omni Frisco from his most recent position as GM at Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West. During his time at Omni, Smith has also served as VP of special projects, VP of operations and loyalty services, VP of operations and corporate director of rooms, all at the brand level. Additionally, he spent a year as the GM at the Omni Dallas Hotel.

Jeff Smith is an alumnus of The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University – Class of 1987.
