Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort, a historic Tucson landmark welcomes new Restaurant General Manager, Peter Zadorozny and Catering Manager of Social Events, Joelle Fegan, and celebrates the promotion of Bonnie St. Dryden to Director of Group Sales. Peter Zadorozny joined the Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort culinary team as Restaurant General Manager, overseeing operations of The Grill and Terraza Garden Patio and Lounge. Originally from Yorkshire, England Mr. Zadorozny received classical training in restaurant service and worked at the prestigious Waldorf Hotel as a Chef de Rang. After enrolling in the Waldorf's hotel management program, he served as the Food and Beverage Director at Stoneleigh Hotel and later as Manager of Dakota's Restaurant in Dallas, Texas. As General Manager of Hotel's Restaurants for Talbert Hotel Corporation in Austin, Texas, Mr. Zadorozny received the Manager of the Year award in 2008 and 2010 Just prior to joining the Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort, Mr. Zadoronzy was Food and Beverage Director for Prism Hotels in Memphis, Tennessee then Director of Restaurants at the Hilton El Conquistador Resort in Tucson, Arizona.
