The InterContinental London – The O2 hotel, owned and operated by the Arora Group, has enhanced its senior team with two newly created operational roles. Tim Reynolds will take on the role of director of operations - F&B and Heather Hamilton joins the team as director of operations - rooms. Hamilton joins from the Park Plaza Group where she held roles across the company’s portfolio including opening general manager, front of house manager and interim general manager. She started her career with Redefine BDL Hotels.
