Nicolas Messian
The five-red-AA star Dorchester hotel, part of Dorchester Collection, has appointed Nicolas Messian as hotel manager, effective immediately. Messian joins the Dorchester from his role as hotel manager at the One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai, where for four years he oversaw the hotel’s 451 rooms, 17 food and beverage outlets and conference and banqueting facilities. In his new role, Messian will report directly to regional director and general manager Roland Fasel, overseeing all hotel operations from its 250 rooms, of which 68 are suites, to its designer florist and the Dorchester spa.

Nicolas Messian is an alumnus of EHL Hospitality Business School – Class of 1997.
