Jason Kruse has been appointed as General Manager at Six Senses Fiji

Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas has announced the appointment of Jason Kruse as general manager of Six Senses Fiji. The resort is located on the island of Malolo in the South Pacific Archipelago of Fiji and is scheduled to open towards the end of 2017. It comprises 26 spacious pool villas, restaurant and bar with a wine cellar and tasting table. Six Senses Spa will offer a layered approach to wellness and will introduce the groundbreaking Sleep With Six Senses program. The property will also offer a portfolio of residential villasJason, who holds an Associate Diploma in Business – Hospitality from Southbank Institute in Australia brings with him more than 18 years of experience in the international hospitality and tourism sector. He began his journey as a management trainee with SPHC Hotels’ Daydream Island and Laguna Quays, Australia. This was followed by positions in several properties including that of resort manager and general manager of P&O Australian Resorts on Dunk Island and Brampton Island. He then moved to Breezes Resort in Bali as the general manager followed by Langkawi, Malaysia where he was the general manager of Casa del Mar. Prior to joining Six Senses, Jason was the general manager of Universal Resorts, Kurumba, Maldives. Amongst his recreational pursuits, Jason has a passion for road cycling; riding alone where he can have quiet time or in a group where many nice courtesies come into play. He is also inspired by the determination and resilience in his all- time favorite movie, Shawshank Redemption. His life quote is you cannot score goals by only looking at the scoreboardHe is accompanied by his wife, Victoria, when he takes up his role.
