Lotte New York Palace has announced the appointment of David Shenman as the property’s Director of Sales and Marketing and Megan Ferguson as Director of Sales. Megan Ferguson has been with Lotte New York Palace since Spring 2011, where she has exceeded revenue goals and helped lead the hotel sales initiatives. As Director of Sales, Ferguson will continue to strategize and execute sales operations and initiate plans to enter new markets. Before joining Lotte New York Palace, Ferguson worked at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts as the Group Sales Manager for the New York Worldwide Sales Office. She is a graduate of Cornell University, from which she holds her BS in Hotel Administration.

Megan Ferguson is an alumnus of Cornell | Nolan School of Hotel Administration .
