A.J. Clements has been appointed as Food & Beverage Director at Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa Downtown hotel

Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa Downtown hotel - an upscale riverfront boutique hotel, minutes from the experience and tradition of the University of Alabama, and only steps away from Tuscaloosa's vibrant entertainment district - has named A.J. Clements as director of food & beverage of the 91-room hotel located at 111 Greensboro Avenue. In his new role, Clements will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations at the rooftop bar, The Lookout, Shoal’s Kitchen and Pure Provisions. With nearly 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Clements most recently served as the general manager of the local restaurant, FIVE. His responsibilities included monitoring restaurant operations and collaborating with the Executive Chef to approve food and beverage selections. Further, Clements served as a dedicated manager of Chuck’s Fish for five years. Clements maintained an efficient work environment by ensuring the productivity of his employees and organizing the restaurant’s inventory.
