Emma Hebert will take the reins at the Shreveport, Louisiana hotel managed by Dimension Development Company. The native of Cambridge, England has lived in the United States for just over five years and has an extensive history in the hospitality industry. She has previously served as a general manager for brands including Wyndham and Marriott before arriving at Hilton. Hebert's last hotel was ranked in the top 2 percent of the brand when it came to service, an accomplishment that she said she is very proud of. When not working, Hebert enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children, ages 5 and 7, while working hard to maintain her English accent that is slowly giving way to a Southern twang.
