Shigeru Tamura has been appointed as Director of Restaurants, Bars and Events (RB&E) at Pan Pacific Singapore

Pan Pacific Singapore is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Shigeru Tamura as the Director of Restaurants, Bars and Events (RB&E) with effect from 9 March 2017. Shigeru has more than a decade of experience in Hotel Food & Beverage operations in Singapore, Japan and Korea. Prior to joining Pan Pacific Singapore, Shigeru was the Director of Crockfords Tower at Resorts World Sentosa, where he was fully responsible for the 105 exclusive allsuites hotel, Food & Beverage operations and Sales & Marketing (Japan) since October 2015. Shigeru also played an instrumental role as part of the resort’s project team in securing a listing of four restaurants with a total of 7 Michelin-Stars in the inaugural Michelin Guide Singapore 2016. His past experience includes being the Executive Assistant Manager at ANA InterContinental Hotel Tokyo, Japan and Director of Food & Beverage at The Plaza in Seoul, Korea. Fluent in English and Japanese, Shigeru holds a Hotel Management diploma from Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland. Shigeru will be responsible for all aspects of the Restaurants, Bars & Events Service and Culinary Strategy and Operations at Pan Pacific Singapore.

Shigeru Tamura is an alumnus of Les Roches Global Hospitality Education – Class of 1996.
