Mark joins The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore from the Montage Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, where he served as the Director of Sales & Marketing since 2015, bringing with him a performance-driven sales history and 18 years of international hotel experience. In his new role as Director of Sales & Marketing, Mark will provide strategic leadership for all Sales, MICE, Catering, Public Relations and Marketing, Conference Services, and Reservations activities. No stranger to The Ritz-Carlton family, Mark held key appointments at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco and The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, from 2011 to 2015, where he led the properties through their record-breaking financial years. He was twice honoured as Sales Leader of the Year, Western USA and for Marketing Achievement, Western USA in 2012 and 2014 respectively. Mark’s illustrious career includes a successful tenure as the Opening Director of Sales & Marketing at The Waikiki EDITION in Honolulu, in 2010. It was the first EDITION hotel concept by boutique hotelier Ian Schrager, in partnership with Marriott International. Having lived in many countries, Mark developed his passion for food and wine while working with Chef Gordon Ramsay and Iron Chef’s Masaharu Morimoto. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, art, architecture, sailing and exploring new offerings in the dining scene.

Mark Aldridge is an alumnus of William Blue School of Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Management – Class of 1999.
