Nicola brings with her extensive management experience, having previously worked as a General Manager for Holiday Inn and InterContinental Hotels. Her promotion comes as a reward for her excellent performance as General Manager of pentahotel Warrington. Speaking about her new role, Vice President Operations Andrew Munt said: "Due to her exceptional work and her great personality, we value Nicola. She was our first choice for the promotion. She has an excellent understanding of both our guests and our brand, to further push pentahotel Warrington and Derby and position it as the lifestyle choice for travellers to both cities."
