Andrew Ross, who has more than 15 years’ experience in the hotel industry, has taken up the post at the helm of the 14-strong team. He will look after the 110-bed property, which sits adjacent to the King Power Stadium – home of Leicester City Football Club. Ross, who worked as a senior recruitment consultant before moving into the hospitality industry, boasts an impressive CV having worked for a host of reputable hotels across the UK. His most recent role, Relief General Manager for Britannia Hotels, saw him focus on brand delivery and team development at five properties across the UK. The hotel is operated by the UK’s leading independent hotel management company, Redefine|BDL Hotels (RBH).

London-headquartered Redefine|BDL Hotels, which has a portfolio of more than 75 hotels across the UK, will be known as RBH going forward and has a new-look brand to match the streamlined company name.
