With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Armas oversees all sales and marketing efforts, including digital and creative marketing efforts, branding initiatives, strategic partnerships, advertising, and media relations. Most recently, Armas served as director of sales and marketing of Marriott Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Beach Resort in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. Prior experience includes leadership sales and marketing positions at various Marriott properties across Asia, Central America and the Caribbean, including Rayong Marriott Resort & Spa at Marriott International in Bangkok, pre-opening properties at Marriott International in Shanghai and Beijing, and Renaissance Jaragua Hotel & Casino in the Dominican Republic. In addition, Armas founded and managed a brand marketing consulting firm that specialized in advertising and sales tactics.
