Stefano Leone has been appointed as Executive Chef at Novotel Samui Resort

Chef Stefano has developed a career of 25 years in gastronomy, having worked in 4 and 5-star hotels in Canada to a Relais & Châteaux property in Bermuda, and city hotels in Egypt and Indonesia as well as several beach resorts in Africa and Asia.Chef Stefano is a big fan of Thai cuisine.
