Dant Hirsch has been appointed as General Manager at The Dominick

The Dominick Hotel is pleased to welcome Dant Hirsch as the General Manager of the 391-room hotel in SoHo, New York, effective immediately. Hirsch will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel, bringing his world-class experience with award winning luxury hotels and resorts to leading The Dominick"s prestigious team.

Hirsch, hospitality industry veteran of 15 years, brings a successful and diverse depth of international experience to this role in New York. He joins The Dominick from the highly regarded COMO Hotels & Resorts in Florida and Turks and Caicos. There, he oversaw all initiatives in the Americas for COMO Hotels & Resorts, leading developmental initiatives for the million-dollar renovations and attaining coveted awards from Conde Nast Traveler.

Hirsch began his hospitality career in British Columbia, where he held several operational roles with Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Resort and Spa, prior to launching his career in Florida with The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota and St. Regis Hotels and Resorts, where he was promoted respectively at each hotel, and led openings of both the Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte and the St. Regis flagship Florida hotel.

Hirsch has won numerous accolades for the hotels he has managed, achieving a Forbes Five Star rating at Faena Miami Beach in its first year of operation. COMO Parrot Cay was included in Conde Nast Traveler"s "Gold List 2017" as one of their favorite hotels in the world. His experience also helped lead the St Regis Bal Harbour in attaining Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond, and The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota"s team in Five Diamond status.
