Adam Shami has been appointed as Director of Database Marketing at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland
Prior to joining Live! Casino & Hotel, Mr. Shami worked at Rivers Casino & Resort in New York as the Director of Planning & Analysis, where he created and optimized the strategy plan to increase occupancy and gaming revenue for the resort's new luxury hotel. Before that, he worked for Jack Cincinnati Casino as the Planning & Analysis Manager during the management and brand transition of the casino.
In his new role, Mr. Shami is responsible for implementing and executing all direct marketing initiatives, including direct mail, email and web-based marketing, to attract new customers as well as maintain and retain existing customers. Mr. Shami will oversee all database marketing projects to ensure accuracy and integrity of all customer lists and records. He will also assist with the development of promotional campaigns for casino events, including the Spring 2018 opening of the new flagship luxury Live! Hotel.
