Benjamin Callahan has been appointed as Head Chef at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Landmark

Embassy by Hilton San Antonio Landmark, today announced that Benjamin Callahan has been appointed head chef of banquets and in-house restaurant Brickstone's Kitchen and Bar. Embassy Suites by Hilton is a global brand of upscale, all-suite hotels from Hilton (NYSE: HLT).

Prior to joining Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Landmark, Callahan began his career at the Hilton Palacio del Rio, where he started as a pantry cook and worked his way up to executive sous chef. Callahan is influenced by American chef Anthony Bourdain and studied the culinary arts at Culinary Institute of America.
