Georgina Godoy has been appointed as Director of Sales at Grand Velas Los Cabos
The AAA Five Diamond Grand Velas Los Cabos has appointed Georgina Godoy as Director of Sales. In her new position, she responsible for the "Beyond All-Inclusive, Beyond All Compare" resort's development and implementation of worldwide sales. The appointment is effective immediately.
Bringing more than 12 years of sales experience and a special expertise in international marketing, Godoy has rejoined Velas Resorts' team at Grand Velas Los Cabos after most recently serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort. Immediately prior she was Director of Sales of Grand Velas Riviera Maya. Her experience also includes other award-winning Mexico resorts including NIZUC Resort & Spa and Fairmont Mayakoba. Godoy is a graduate of The Anahuac University in Mexico with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has completed education and training programs from Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotel & Resorts.
