Tong Duc has been appointed as Executive Chef at Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport

As Pre-Opening Chef, Tong Duc takes the Culinary and hospitality experience at Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport in downtown to new levels. With an extensive background in fresh and simple cuisine, he will oversee the entire kitchen operation for the hotel including Vietnamese and Italian concepts, home to the "Power Breakfast," and all in-room dining operations. Duc will also be responsible for menu development, staff training, supervising culinary presentations, and ensuring exceptional experiences for the restaurants, special events and hotel. He joined IHG Group Downtown as part of the pre-opening Team.
